We stumbled across CC Ryder Rentals while exploring Cape Charles. We were staying at Cherrystone Campground and the golf cart we had reserved with “the other guy” fell through. Smitty saved the day .......he quickly delivered a cart to us at the campground and we enjoyed it for the entire Labor Day weekend. THANK YOU Smitty!! Staying at Cherrystone Campground. Rentals are steep. Saw CC Ryder and stopped by. Smitty had never rented in the Campground, found out what he needed and delivered and will pick up our cart at a great price. Even threw in a T shirt. Hell of a nice guy committed to giving good service.

Had the best experience with Smitty and CC Ryder Rentals! I unfortunately rolled my ankle on Friday while out in the water. Needless to say that put a damper on trying to walk around town after that! We called first thing Saturday morning and Smitty said to come on over! He saved my weekend with a reasonably priced cart!! Great, down to earth customer service! Will definitely be using again!!

Came to Cape Charles for the first time and ran into Smitty while walking our dog. Smitty is a friendly life long resident to CC. His carts are top notch as well as his service. Best place in Cape Charles to rent a golf cart. Not only were the prices reasonable the service was impeccable. I had 1 million questions about where I could rent other things and do other things in the town of Cape Charles and Smitty couldn’t of been more accommodating to me. I had his personal cell phone number and he texted me anytime I had a question. He made our experience more enjoyable. I needed a couple extra carts on a few odd days and he accommodated me immediately. He drove by on our last day and offered to drive the carts back himself seeing we were loading our truck and we were busy. Can’t ask for better service than that. The best part about it is his carts are all newer. I will be be back!
