Smitty and his team are one of a kind! Reservation was as simple as it gets and we walked two blocks to pick it up when... we arrived. The cart we were supposed to rent broke down and he gave us a brand new one. A true bench mark in customer service. We will definitely rent from CC Ryder next time. CC Ryder Rentals has that Shore hospitality that makes the experience even better. We played tourist today, and rented... "Potted Meat" for some fun in the sun and sight seeing our favorite spots in town. Our cart was fully charged,easy to use, and clean. We had a lot of fun!! Enjoyed a wonderful day with “Old Man River” ... the carts all have names. Just before returning the cart it suddenly... died. I texted Smitty the owner and minutes later he appeared with his truck and an employee to assist. It was a simple battery terminal failure, but Smitty insisted on a full refund of the rental. I would definitely rent a cart from him again. He is fun and sincere, “the real deal”.read more

Great experience with Smitty. Very easy to do business with. Cart was top notch. Arrived at campground, cart was... there and so was he waiting for us so no vacation time lost waiting for someone. He is very understanding had little hiccup when we were leaving with our camper and was a bit late dropping off and he was totally understanding. Best place in Cape Charles to rent a golf cart. Not only were the prices reasonable the service was impeccable. I had... 1 million questions about where I could rent other things and do other things in the town of Cape Charles and Smitty couldn’t of been more accommodating to me. I had his personal cell phone number and he texted me anytime I had a question. He made our experience more enjoyable. I needed a couple extra carts on a few odd days and he accommodated me immediately. He drove by on our last day and offered to drive the carts back himself seeing we were loading our truck and we were busy. Can’t ask for better service than that. The best part about it is his carts are all newer. I will be be back!read more
